Michael joined Latchaw, Montgomery, & Peck in 1986, when his dad, Jack Peck, was a principal. A graduate of Penn State Behrend with a degree in Electrical Engineering Technology, Michael is widely regarded for his experience with clean water, wastewater, and water systems.
Susan joined LMP in 2017 to lead our office and warehouse operations. She has an M.A. in Adult Education (Workplace Education, Staff Training, and Development) from Columbia University, and has extensive experience in organizational development, management and staff training, customer service, and office administration.
Jim joined LMP in 2022 with many years of industrial, mechanical, and plumbing sales leadership experience. Respected in the industry for his expertise, positivity, and sincerity, Jim is passionate about helping customers and delivering top-level service in every interaction.
A son of co-founder, Robert Montgomery, Sr., Mike joined LMP in 2013 with many years’ experience in sales, including technical sales of medical equipment. He has a degree in Finance from Mount St. Mary’s University, is a strong relationship builder, and provides sales coverage in the Philadelphia area, Southern New Jersey, Delaware, and the eastern shore of Maryland.

Nick joined LMP in 2023 to provide sales coverage in Virginia and Maryland. He has extensive sales experience, has owned a rep firm, has experience designing plumbing/hydronic systems, loves to conduct training, and is particularly apt at relationship-building. He has 5 grandchildren and enjoys the genuine friendships he has built over many years in this industry.
Tom re-joined the LMP team in 2023. A highly experienced warehouse manager with a keen eye for detail, he ensures our warehouse operations run seamlessly.
The granddaughter of a plumber, Betti-Ann joined LMP in 2019 with a strong business operations and customer service background. She is friendly, dedicated, customer-focused, and is our primary contact for customer service, orders, and returns.
Albin joined LMP in 2023. Since graduating from NJ Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Architecture, he has been a project manager at an NYC design/build construction firm and served as an Assistant Chief Plan Examiner for the NYC Department of Buildings.
A 2018 graduate of Penn State University with a degree in Mathematics and experience on the Penn State IT Service Desk, Nate joined LMP in 2020 to help manage our business operating system and sales reporting. Nate is analytical, hard-working, and a quick learner.
Melissa joined LMP in 2023. She holds a Bachelor in Merchandising and Design from Albright College and has industry experience in inside sales.
Kaleb Joined LMP in 2024. He has an Associate Degree in HVAC from Harrisburg Area Community College (HACC). He has 4 years of experience working as an HVAC/plumbing service tech.

Juliana joined LMP in 2020. Holding a B.A. in Politics, Philosophy, and Economics, she has developed content for startups, international nonprofits, and local publications in New York City. Juliana enjoys working with LMP to promote effective, practical products and services.
